Tomorrow marks the first day of June - the month where spring ends, summer officially starts, pool hangs begin, short dresses are worn daily and patio beers are enjoyed frequently. I've made a goal for myself: for the month of June I will get a good sweat on every single day. 30 consecutive days of Classpass studio visits, outdoor jogging, bike rides and basement workouts.
I'm sure I'll run into a couple of days where the couch seems so much more appealing then working out but I'm also sure that I'll come out the other end feeling great. Anyone want to join me..?
