the best greek salad


With the warmer weather around the corner, I'm all about fresh salads these days. This greek salad is the epitome of a natural, fresh, delicious and simple summer dish. I've been eating it for lunch this week and it has me craving meals on a sunny patio.

Ingredients
cucumber
large tomato
half a red onion
a red pepper
four large stalks of celery
large block of feta cheese

Chop/cut all ingredients into bitesize pieces. Stir in 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, juice of half a lemon, 1/2 tsp of dried oregano, 3 tbsp of olive oil and serve. Gets even tastier if you let marinate and combine in the fridge for a few hours.
