roasted carrot soup


We finished the work week off my staying in last Friday and whipping up some roasted carrot soup to enjoy with a well earned glass of wine. I've recently started some daily browsing of Gwenyth Paltrow's website Goop (I know I'm late to the party) and was excited to across a simple recipe that proved to be just as tasty as it was easy. It was a perfect soup that balanced freshness and warmth - and the white pepper seasoning I pinched in added a subtle heat that coated your throat. Oh, and roasted carrots are way yummier then raw carrots - who knew!? All I can say is, Go try this recipe!
